We are still here and still working to raise enough money to keep the theatre going. We had our meeting with the dangerous building hearinbg officer and we were told that the building would need to be torn down or turned into a white box. We did not have enough money to turn it into a white box, so the hearing officer ordered the building to be torn down.

We then had a long meeting with the appeals board in December and lost that appeal for the same reasons, no money. We were also told the the demolition process wouldn't start until about April 2008 so we have a few months to stop it.

The only way we can stop the process is to get money to turn the building into a white box; needed is about $10,000 minimum. To continue the restoration process we need around $100,000 or someone to buy the building and property that can raise the needed cash. This is an important project that nobody wants to see go to demolition, so if you can help, we need your help now, more that ever.
